The Help Center is located on the 4th floor of the Toledo Municipal Court building. Services offered include the following: civil case mediation, driver’s license intervention, vehicle immobilization assistance, access to court forms and legal information, and guidance on court processes and procedures. While the Help Center staff are unable to provide legal advice, they can give you important tools to successfully navigate your case or even avoid further litigation.

The Help Center is open to the public Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., closing daily for lunch between noon and 1:00 p.m. For more information, call (419) 245-1951 or email helpcenter@tmcourt.org.
