Marriage Ceremony

To schedule a marriage ceremony, please complete and submit the Marriage Ceremony Request Form. Once the form is received, a court staff member will contact you to schedule the marriage ceremony.

The fee for marriage ceremonies is $75.00. This will be paid in the Civil Clerk’s Office located in the basement of Toledo Municipal Court on the date of the ceremony. Upon payment, the applicants will be escorted to the duties courtroom.

Please ensure to arrive at Toledo Municipal Court at minimum 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

Applicants are required to bring their marriage license and photo identification in order for the ceremony to be performed. Please note that a marriage license is only good for 60 days from the date of issuance.

Interpreters

Interpreters are available at no cost for any person with court business who is hearing impaired, deaf, vision impaired, or has limited English language proficiency. To request an interpreter or learn more about the services available, please click here.
