Transcript Request

There is a charge for a transcript. Payment for the transcript must be paid prior to the transcript being prepared.

As of December 27, 2022, costs for transcripts are:

Non-Appeal

$4.00 per page

Non-Appeal from Digital Recording (JAVS)

$4.50 per page

Appeal/Objections (original)

$6.00 per page

Appeal/Objections (copy)

$0.10 per page

To obtain a transcript of a trial or other court proceeding:

  1. Complete and submit the Transcript Request form.

  2. A court reporter will be assigned to your request and will contact you with the cost to create the transcript and explain how to pay for the transcript.

  3. You must pay by cash, check, or money order before the transcript can be started. Please bring the exact amount-no change will be given. Only the court reporter can take payment for transcripts.

  4. After your payment is received, the court reporter will give you an estimated date for when the transcript will be ready. You will not get the transcript the same day you request it.

  5. When your transcript is finished, the court reporter will contact you to arrange a time for pick up. If you owe more money or are due a refund, the court reporter will let you know before pick up.
