Media Requests
Media representatives are required to request permission to record in a courtroom. The request must be made in writing to the judge or magistrate presiding over the court proceedings using the Media Request Form. Media applications must be made as far in advance as possible but not less than 30 minutes prior to the courtroom session to be recorded. For more information, please see Court Rule 7: Media.
It is the discretion of the judge or magistrate to grant or deny the request.
